Impact Radio has a vacancy for an Frontline Administrator.
This position requires a thorough knowledge of Impact Radio, skills appropriate to the job, a genuine desire to help people, a team player, well organised and Friendly.
The remuneration: To be discussed
Frontline Administrator Functions
- receiving visitors and directing them accordingly.
- answering the switchboard and managing of the telephone system
- responding to all the questions on the different social media platforms
- answering all the e-mails and any letters that come into the station
- website updates
- the presenter’s admin (interviews and competitions)
- opening and closing of the building
- general administration as required
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Must be a self-motivated disciplined individual with strong administrative skills
- Must have a driver’s license and own transport
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
