| Requirements | Must have’s: -Advantage if you have experience in working in a Spar/Retail store in general. -Experience of receiving of stock and sending back returns of products -Basic computer literacy -Not younger than 27 and not older than 55 -Someone that enjoys being a leader and being lead -Someone that is teachable -Someone that sees the bigger picture in the finer details of business. Or is willing to want to learn this -Own reliable transport -Willing to work in shifts (early and late shifts). -Can’t be a ‘clock watcher’ in this field of work, given its nature. -Must be physically fit walk a lot -Experience on retailing groceries, I. E: know and want to learn about selling area duties -Able to work with people above and below his/her position -Able to diligently delegate work out and follow up -Willing to work over weekends when it’s his/her turn to do so (2 teams, and the teams alternate each week regarding weekends on and weekends off) -Be able to work fast but diligently -No criminal record -Matriculation -Willing to work double shifts at the times it’s appropriate to the shift he/she is on – regarding times your team is working and the opposite team is off.Extra info headlines: -Salary: To be discussed in interview, based on experience, age and so forth -Times: Standard across the business for this position but will be told in interview.Only serious applicants with relevant experience to apply Send cv to: |
