Sure Protection and Favour
Psalm 5:12
‘For surely You, O LORD, bless the righteous; You surround them with the shield of Your favour.’
Those who follow God can anticipate His blessing in their lives.
This is part of His faithfulness towards you, His child.
A shield is a picture of safety and security.
Jesus is the ultimate expression of God’s favour and protection for believers.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, what a joy it is to know that You encompass me with Your protection, favour and provision. I will trust in Your divine protection and I will hold on to Your promise of blessing and favour.

Faithful Love and Compassion
Lamentations 3:22-23
‘Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.’
The Lord can lift you out of any situation you may be facing.
When we think that things look hopeless, He can still do wonders.
He wants to lift you up today and place your feet on a firm foundation.
The Lord replaces our weakness with His strength and our fear with His peace.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, how wonderful it is to know that You will always lift me up and out of those situations that would like to drag me down. You give my life purpose and direction and that is why I trust in You.
