Shifting Focus
Luke 4:8
‘Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.’
Life has a way of distracting us so that we focus on the wrong things.
Don’t focus on your fears and doubts, if you do, you will serve them.
Focus on the Lord your God and believe in Him with all your heart.
He will bring you through whatever you are facing, as you focus on Him.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, I choose You and I choose to worship and serve You only. You are my God and You are bigger than any situation that I am facing. I know that You will deliver me and lift me up as I give You the highest place in my life.

Power through Frailty
2 Corinthians 4:7
‘Now we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this surpassingly great power is from God and not from us.’
We are like fragile clay jars containing a great treasure.
God has placed His light within your heart and that makes you different.
You hold a treasure that God has placed within you.
In times of struggle, you can trust God and let His power shine through your frailty.

Lord, thank You for what You have planted and placed in my life. I realise that I can do all things because You have entrusted me with Your living light and Your mighty power.
