Your Refuge and Safe Place

Psalm 71:1 NLT
‘O LORD, I have come to You for protection (refuge); don’t let me be disgraced.’

You have the privilege of approaching God for help and protection.
He is your Refuge, the safe place to which you can run.
Trust in His faithfulness because He will not abandon you.
Let confidence flood your heart as You trust Him to intervene.

Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You that I can come to You for protection and that I can take refuge in You. You are my Refuge and You are my Protection. Right now, I place my trust in Your unfailing love and Your ongoing faithfulness towards me.

In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.

The Lord’s Safety and Strength

Psalm 46:1
‘God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.’

The Lord is your place of safety and strength.
In times of difficulty He has proved Himself to be a Helper.
In the good and in challenging times He is your ever-present Helper.
He will never abandon you or relax His hold on you.

Let’s Pray…
Dear Lord, how blessed I am to be able to run to You when I need a place of safety and strength. You are always there for me and You will not in any degree leave me helpless nor forsake me nor let me down.

In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.
