The Lord’s Safety and Strength
Psalm 46:1
‘God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.’
The Lord is your place of safety and strength.
In times of difficulty He has proved Himself to be a Helper.
In the good and in challenging times He is your ever-present Helper.
He will never abandon you or relax His hold on you.
Let’s Pray…
Dear Lord, how blessed I am to be able to run to You when I need a place of safety and strength. You are always there for me and You will not in any degree leave me helpless nor forsake me nor let me down.
In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.
Sight Fixed on His Benefits
Psalm 103:2
‘Bless the LORD, my soul, and never forget any of His benefits.’
May we never forget any good thing the Lord has done for us.
We should write it down and remember how faithful God has been.
On dark days, we can remind ourselves of the good things He has done.
Never forget any good thing He has done and expect His goodness to continue.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, I bless Your Name, and with all my soul I thank You for every blessing, every benefit, and every good thing You have done for me. I remember Your faithfulness and I am thankful that Your faithfulness never ends.
