Christ the Lamb
John 1:29
‘Look! The Lamb of God Who takes away the sin of the world!’
- As we prepare for Christmas, may we never forget the reason for the season.
- It is a time when we celebrate the coming of the Lamb of God.
- He came so that the weight of sin could be lifted and removed from us.
- As a result we can know freedom and peace with our God.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, I recognise the significance of this wonderful season of the year. It is significant because You came and now I can know the forgiveness of my sin and the gift You bring – eternal life for me.

Truth, Purpose and Meaning
John 14:6
Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’
- With the birth of Jesus, a way was opened for us to know God.
- He is not just a guide, He is the way, the truth and the life.
- In a world filled with uncertainty, the Lord is the truth we all long for.
- In Him we can find what we are looking for: life, truth, purpose and meaning.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You for coming to make it possible for me to find the right way. You are the way I choose and You are my truth and my life. I celebrate Your birth and the fact that You are the way, the truth and the life.
