His Gracious Character
Isaiah 30:18
‘Therefore the LORD waits [expectantly] and longs to be gracious to you.’
- Never doubt the Lord’s goodness and lovingkindness toward you.
- It is part of His character to be gracious and kind.
- Expect His goodness, expect His mercy and expect His faithfulness.
- The last word has not been spoken, God will have the final say.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You for Your great love and kindness towards me. My heart will remain filled with hope and expectation that I will see Your goodness in the land of the living.

Trust, Wait, Believe.
Habakkuk 2:3
‘The vision is yet for the appointed time… Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come.’
- God’s timing is always impeccable.
- He knows when the time is right and when things will fall into place.
- We must not be hurried, but we should wait with confidence and hope.
- Trust in God’s faithfulness and believe that His promises will come to pass.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, sometimes I so badly want things to happen that I am tempted to take matters into my own hands. May I have the patience and the confidence to trust in You and in Your perfect timing for my life.
