Give your burdens to Him
Psalm 55:22
‘Give your burdens to the LORD, and He will take care of you.’
- There are times in life when our burdens can seem overwhelming.
- Regardless of what we are facing, our connection with God must be our priority.
- Because of this relationship we can roll our cares onto Him.
- He cares for you, and He doesn’t want you to carry things unnecessarily.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, today I give You my burdens and cares. I pray that You will come and lift that great sense of responsibility that I carry within myself, and I pray that You will replace it with an awareness and an understanding of Your great care for me.
In Jesus’ Name,

Receive His Work in you
Philippians 2:13
‘For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him.’
- You are important to God and that’s why He is working within you.
- He invests in those who are important to Him and that includes you.
- Ultimately He wants to see us developing a longing for more of Him.
- Out of this longing comes the desire and the ability to do what pleases Him.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, it is my desire and longing to know You more clearly and to love You more dearly. Come and work within my heart so that I will be more like You and so that I will live my life in such a way that is pleasing to You.
