My Strength
Psalm 28:7
‘The LORD is my Strength and my Shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.’
- The strength that you need is only found in the Lord your God.
- His strength can flow through you like life flows through a vine.
- His strength enables you to stand strong and this is your protection
- So tell your heart to trust in Him, He will help you.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You for the strength that You provide for me. I don’t want to do things in my own strength but I want to live a life that is empowered by Your strength flowing through me. My heart will trust in You, at all times and in every situation.

My Rock
Psalm 18:2
‘The LORD is my Rock, my Fortress and my Deliverer; my God is my Rock, in Whom I take refuge.’
- With God in our lives we have a sure foundation and a solid rock to stand on.
- In the good times and in the difficult times we can stand secure in Him.
- He offers us the refuge, the fortress and the deliverance we need.
- Let’s take advantage of what He offers us, and stand secure in Him.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, in an everchanging world, may I understand what it means to know You as my Rock. May I stand on the rock with the full confidence that regardless of what may come my way, You are and You will be my firm foundation.
