See the Lord in all creation – And in you

Isaiah 40:26
‘Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of His great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.’

  • In life it is easy to loose perspective and become overwhelmed.
  • We need to pause and remind ourselves about how great God is.
  • He names the stars and ensures that none go missing, and He cares for you.
  • Look up, look around you and see the Lord in all creation – and in you.

Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You that I am surrounded by reminders and evidence of Your greatness and Your power. May I see things clearly and therefore be able to have faith and hope in You because You know all things and You are in control of all things.

In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.

He will not grow tired or weary

Isaiah 40:28
‘The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary…’

  • As human beings we know what it is to be exhausted, tired and weak.
  • When we feel like this it is hard to step forward and make progress.
  • The Lord never gets to this stage, He is always ready and able to help us.
  • He is the eternal God who created all things and He knows what you need.

Let’s Pray…
Lord, how wonderful it is to know that because You are with me, I have access to Your strength. Your strength never runs out and You never get too tired or weary to step into my situation and help me. So, I will have confidence in You.

In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.
