He will not grow tired or weary
Isaiah 40:28
‘The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary…’
- As human beings we know what it is to be exhausted, tired and weak.
- When we feel like this it is hard to step forward and make progress.
- The Lord never gets to this stage, He is always ready and able to help us.
- He is the eternal God who created all things and He knows what you need.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, how wonderful it is to know that because You are with me, I have access to Your strength. Your strength never runs out and You never get too tired or weary to step into my situation and help me. So, I will have confidence in You.

He completes what He starts
1 Thessalonians 5:24 (Amplified Bible)
‘Faithful and absolutely trustworthy is He who is calling you, and He will do it – He will fulfil His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own.’
- The Lord never leaves anything unfinished – He completes what He starts.
- The work He is doing in you, He will be faithful to bring it about.
- The Lord is actively guarding you, watching over you and protecting you.
- You can rely of His faithful and enduring love and care for you.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank you that You are faithful and absolutely trustworthy. No matter how dark things may seem, I know that I am yours and that I can trust in Your every-present help and in Your hand of protection over my life and my future.
