I will ask the Father
‘I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever.’ – John 14:16
- You don’t have to do life on your own, the Comforter is with you to help you.
- The Holy Spirit has been given to us to help and strengthen us.
- You can know the companionship of God through the voyage of life.
- He is with you and He will be with you forever.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You that You sent Your Holy Spirit to come and walk beside me through the stories of my life. How awesome it is to know that each day, I can do life knowing that You are with me and You will comfort, strengthen and help me every step of the way.

I will come to you
‘I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.’ – John 14:18
- Orphans are people who have been left without the support of their parents.
- The Lord uses this illustration to remind us of His faithfulness.
- He will not leave you without support.
- He will come to you and He will rescue and deliver you.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You that You will never leave me helpless, alone or without the support that I so desperately need. Right now You are moving towards me, bringing comfort, help and making a way where there seems to be no way.
