Shield of Favour!
Psalm 5:12
‘Surely, LORD, You bless the righteous (godly); You surround them with Your favour as with a shield.’
Surely, the blessing of the Lord rests on you.
Our choices and our obedience result in blessing.
This blessing includes provision, protection and well-being.
His favour surrounds you like a shield, because He loves you.
Let’s Pray…
Lord, thank You for Your blessing on my life. I choose to live in right-standing with You and to honour You with my life. Come, and surround me with Your favour. Your favour brings the comfort and assurance that You will always be with me, especially in times of trouble.

Every aspect of your life is held in the hands of God.
Being ‘in His hand’ means protection, authority, and personal involvement.
God is the giver of life and breath and everything else.
Your life is a gift from God so put everything in His hands today.

Lord, thank You for the life and breath You give me today. I place my concerns, my cares and my issues into Your hands right now. I realise that my concerns are in the safest place when they are in Your hands.
